You don't have to go through the 'Direct Message' option to fix any issues on your Android phone anymore.
Google has selected Twitter as the platform for answering all of the Android users' queries.
Recently, Google clarified the matter in an official statement. To fix some problems on your Android devices, just tweet with a single hashtag named #AndroidHelp. The search giant US corporation 'Google' will provide you with the response to the question as soon as they get the tweet with this specific hashtag. According to Google info, Google has taken this initiative to resolve the issues related to common 'Troubleshooting,' 'Identity,' 'Authentication,' 'Accessibility,' and 'Security'.
However, instead of 'Private Message,' why the decision of solving issues through Twitter was taken, that's not informed clearly by Google. This may be because of the Covid-19 case.
